Biography
Tristan worked as an infantry officer for nearly 11 years before finishing law school and joining Emery Jamieson. His practice focuses on helping small- and medium-enterprises with corporate, commercial, and intellectual property matters. From corporate reorganizations to fractional general counsel services, Tristan helps businesses across industries in Alberta with strategic and timely advice.
Outside of the office, Tristan volunteers widely with not-for-profits and charities. One organization with whom he volunteers is the Legal Committee of IntegralOrg, helping not-for-profits and charities with legal information. He also volunteers on the Business Law Executive for the Northern Alberta branch of the Canadian Bar Association and with Operation Entrepreneur, which is a program offered by Prince’s Trust Canada that helps veterans transition into business ownership.
